Kevin Robert Perry has designed several award winning green street and rain garden projects, including the NE Siskiyou Green Street, Mount Tabor Middle School Rain Garden, and SW 12th Avenue Green Street while working for the City of Portland’s Sustainable Stormwater Management Program.
